Credential Delivery Method
Your Threat Down admin portal login credentials will be sent via email.
The email will be sent to the email address you provided in Step 2: "Security Portal Administrator Information" during the checkout process.

Delivery Timeframe
You will typically receive the email containing your admin portal credentials within 24 to 48 hours of your order confirmation and successful payment.

What to Do If You Don't Receive Your Credentials

Please provide your order number to help us locate your purchase quickly. Our Commitment: While we do not offer refunds, if you have legitimately purchased Threat Down and have not received your credentials, our team is committed to working with you to ensure you receive access.

Accuracy of Information
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid and correct email address for the "Security Portal Administrator Information." We are not responsible for non-delivery of credentials due to an incorrect or inaccessible email address provided by the customer, though we will work with you as stated in section 4.
